Memorial consists of several stones and plaques remembering fallen Nevadans during the Vietnam War. The stones were carved by members of the Vietnam Veterans Post #545, Nevada State Prisons.

One of the plagues reads, “In memory of our Brothers who Never Returned From the Republic of VietNam, 1954–1975 POW–MIA.”
