Take a photo of your rally flag and motorcycle with the above image.*
Located in a three acre park named in honor of Ponce Inlet’s first mayor and his wife, Kay and Ayres Davies, this monument has a great backdrop, the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. Dedicated Veterans Day, 11/11/11.
The lighthouse grounds are an interesting walk and climbing the tallest lighthouse in Florida will surely work out the kinks that come from a few, or several, hours in the saddle.
Also in the area: The Lighthouse Landing Restaurant is across the street, or try the popular Down the Hatch Seafood Company nearby.
You can visit the Marine Science Center or the Timucuan Oaks Botanical Garden.
