This is an older memorial that covers three wars, the Civil War, World War I, and the War in Iraq. The bench is dedicated to local soldier Ebba (Lundberg) Elliott, from the Iraqi War.

There hasn't been a lot, if any, updating to this memorial, but you can see and feel that at one time this was an important part of the community and part of a proud small town's history.
