In the center of this memorial is a large M-16 with fixed bayonet buried in the ground, with boots around the rifle muzzle. On top of the rifle butt is a soldier's helmet completing the "Soldier's Cross."

Black granite pillars represent all branches of the military and a gray granite walkway holds stones with engraved veterans names. Spaced around the small plaza are black granite reflection benches.

It is all surrounded by the flags of all service branches.
