Korean War Memorial
Korean War Memorial in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
230 South Mattis St.
GPS coordinates: 39.94496,-75.14361

Take a photo of your rally flag and motorcycle with the above image.*

This memorial is dedicated to honor 610 servicemen from the five county areas of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia who died in combat during the Korean War. This memorial is part of a Plaza of several war memorials and I think one of the most interesting features is that Interstate 95 runs underneath the middle of the park!

Also in the area: There is a sizeable Viet Nam War Memorial  on nearby Spruce Street.

Nearby, Penn’s Landing has a great variety of restaurants and shops. It also has a variety of interesting ships and boats docked there. Ferry service is available to travel across the Delaware River to Camden Aquarium.

Want to weigh in on who serves the best Philly Cheesesteak in the country? Give Pat's or Geno's a try! They're across the street from each other and open 24/7.
