Take a photo of your rally flag and motorcycle with the above image.*
This is one of Pittsburgh's oldest and best known historical landmarks. Though the memorial hall is your photographic target – this is also the home of the Soldiers & Sailors Museum.
If you would like to visit the museum, the hours are Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Regular admission is $8.00. Free admission is offered to military members serving on active duty, current National Guard and Reserve; and to retired military. Free admission is also offered to families and their guests if the family has an immediate family member serving in current conflicts.
NOTE: The block facing the building may be closed off. If that is the case, there is parking on adjacent Bigelow Blvd.
Also in the area: The entire University of Pittsburgh campus is great for exploring. Fifth Avenue is Pittsburgh’s longest street and has architectural wonders that will simply blow you away.
Pittsburgh has an abundance of great dining options. This state sponsor's personal favorite is Primanti Brothers, and prefers the original location in the Strip District; but all of them have fantastic food!
