Overlooking the Ohio River, eleven memorial stones are placed for each of the wars fought by the United States. The last one placed is inscribed, "we will never forget September 11 2001".

The 11 conflict markers are behind two black granite memorials: one honors Ohio County residents who have received the Congressional Medal of Honor and the other for employees of Warwick’s China Company.
